kinderfest chocolate cake

Hey! Yesterday I spent hours looking for a recipe for chocolate cake, that's easy, fast, juicy and loved by children...I didn't find anything that would satisfy me...(perhaps because I hadn't slept well and was a little stubborn...) The point is that I decided to make my own chocolate cake recipe and it turned out to be pretty amazing. And here it is, if you want to bake something for your next childrenfeast!

Ingredients:
200 g butter
200 g dark chocolate
80 g sugar
4 eggs
200 g all purpose flour
1 teaspoon backing powder
200 g yogurt
40 g caramellsauce
200 g chocolate coating
200 g smarties

Procedure:
1. Melt butter and dark chocolate together in a saucepan at very low heat.
2. Grease your backing form with some butter and add a little flour, so your cake doesn't stick to it. You could also use some cocoa powder.
3. Mix sugar with eggs. Eggs one by one.
4. Add melted chocolate and butter and mix.
5. Preheat the oven at 180º C.
6. Add backing powder, yogurt and caramellsauce. Mix.
7. Add the flour and don't mix. Just combine carefully with the spoon.
8. Put the paste in the form and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180º C.
9. Take the cake out and let it rest for 30 min. Melt the chocolate coating.
10. Cut a triangle of the cake and place on the contrary side. (It's a fish!!!)
11.Smear the fluid coating on the cake and decorate with the smarties.
12. Let solidify and enjoy!
